The paint used is Comex PRO1000 vinyl paint Penthouse has two floors, connected by a spiral stair-well.  Second floor is a patio/terrace that will have a pool about 3ft (1meter=) deep.  Pool will be finished with ceramic.  There will be a bathroom with shower, sitting area, and choice to add on a small kitchen/bar area.  Maintenance fee will be approx. $3 to $4 dollars per square meter or 28 to 38 cents per square foot.
